Bumper Sticker Truths

Those of you who know me know that I hate bumper stickers.  I just think they are tacky.  My car is one of the most expensive things that I own, and I just don't understand why I would put stickers on the outside of it.  The messages about politics, how many dogs you have, and your favorite cartoon character don't interest me.  I especially don't like the ones that are faded, peeling, or missing a corner.  I don't mean to offend any of you who may love your bumper stickers, and I don't judge you.  I just don't like them for me.  Even my husband has a couple of stickers on his truck, promoting fishing, A&M, and other guy things.

Today I saw a bumper sticker, though, that made me smile.  And tear up.  And smile again.  And I loved it so much, that I decided to share it with you!  It said...

"We have twins!  If you think our hands are full...imagine our hearts!"

Aw, so sweet!  You love it too, right?

Here are a couple of the reasons why my heart is so full!

Yes, my hands are full.  Very full.  All of the time.  But so is my heart.  And I wouldn't have it any other way.

  1. Precious, beautiful, happy babies, sent from above. Whose hearts wouldn't be full? I hope you are making noticeable progress on Rhett's head and neck problem, and that THAT burden will be lifted very soon! Love you guys!

  3. I'm with ya on all of it--bumper stickers & being full! I hear that comment about having my hands full every single time I go anywhere. Never fails! I never know how to respond, either. Yes, my hands are full, but I wouldn't change a thing. Now I have a new response! Thanks for sharing!!
